[TERMS]

Terms & conditions

Enrich scans a store’s public product data, shows what’s missing from the fields shopping channels rank on, and fills the gaps with AI. These are the terms that apply when you use it, including how we handle your data.

[01]

Using Enrich

By running a scan or creating an account you agree to these terms. Enrich is offered for legitimate commercial use on product catalogues — don’t use it to scrape at scale, resell the output as your own service, or work around our limits. We may refuse, limit or block any request, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

[02]

Only scan stores you're entitled to scan

When you submit a URL you confirm that you own that store, work for whoever does, or are otherwise permitted to run an analysis of its public product data, and that you’ll comply with that site’s own terms. That confirmation is yours to make, not ours to verify.

A scan reads only what is already publicly accessible at the URL — the same pages any browser or search engine can see. We don’t log in to your store, connect to your admin, or access customer, order or payment records. Enrich writes nothing back: the export is a file you choose whether to upload.

[03]

What Enrich produces is a draft

Enrich infers attributes, titles and descriptions from product pages and images, and inference can be wrong. Everything it produces is a suggestion for you to review. You are responsible for checking values before you publish them, and for making sure what you upload complies with the rules of the channel you upload it to — including any requirement to disclose AI-generated content.

[04]

No performance promise

Complete, accurate product data helps shopping channels match your products to the right searches. It is not a guarantee of impressions, clicks, rankings, approvals, conversions or return on ad spend — those depend on your prices, products, budgets, competitors and the channels’ own algorithms, none of which we control. Any score or estimate Enrich shows is an indication, not a forecast, and nothing here is professional advice.

[05]

Pre-alpha, provided as is

Enrich is unfinished software provided without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. It may be unavailable, produce errors, change or be discontinued without notice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to Enrich is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or ad spend. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

[06]

Your data

What we collect. Account details when you sign up (name, email, company URL, country — passwords are stored only in hashed form); the store URL you submit and the public product data and results from each scan; and standard technical information such as IP address, browser and request times. We don’t run advertising trackers, and we never sell or rent personal information.

What we use it for. Running your audit and producing your export, keeping the service working and protecting it from misuse, contacting you about your account or the alpha, and improving how well Enrich detects and fills gaps. We use audit results in aggregate to improve the product and to understand how complete product data typically is; anything we publish from that is aggregated and de-identified, and we don’t publish an identifiable store’s results without permission.

AI processing. A third-party AI provider reads product information and generates the enriched fields. Data sent there is processed to produce your result and, under that provider’s terms, is not used to train its models.

[07]

Who we share it with, and for how long

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run Enrich — cloud hosting, database and authentication, AI processing, security and email — and only so they can perform those services for us. Some are located overseas, including in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. A current list of our providers is available on request.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, though no online service can guarantee perfect security — please don’t reuse an important password here.

[08]

Your privacy rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and if you’re in the UK or EU you also have rights of access, correction and erasure. To access, correct or delete your information, email [email protected] and we’ll action it within a reasonable time. If you’re unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Enrich isn’t intended for anyone under 18.

[09]

Not affiliated with the channels

Enrich is independent. Google, Merchant Center, Meta, Shopify and other names mentioned belong to their owners; none of them endorse or are connected with Enrich.

Changes and contact

We may update this page as the product changes; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use Enrich after a change means you accept it. Questions of any kind — [email protected]. A person reads it.
